Town Planning Consultant: All Levels Considered up to Associate - Leamington SPA

Following expansion plans and huge success, our client has an exciting opportunity for an additional member of the planning team based in Leamington Spa.

The Company:

This firm provides advice to clients that receive enforcement notices from planning authorities and have become experts in application presentation at public meetings, exhibitions and in successfully engaging with the public throughout the planning process.

You'll have plenty of support to carry out this role with major resources available in house; including ability to arrange public exhibitions and to engage with local media) and will be joining a small team of 5 consultants, where you will instantly be recognised as an integral part of the team.

The Role:

Duties will vary across the levels of Seniority, but the whole team will be working towards providing top quality planning advice through the delivery of a comprehensive planning service.

A Planning team is assigned to each major project, which in turn generates an accurate and highly focused response to the requirements of clients, which will ultimately serve the ultimate goal of securing planning permission.

You'll be tackling contentious and complex planning activities, including driving projects forward, providing leadership to the planning process, coordinate the variety of disciplines within the planning team, alongside undertaking direct access to the planning bar.

With some seriously exciting projects currently on the go, you can expect to be providing advice to some of the most significant nationwide developments that will have a real and lasting impact on the community.

About you:

• Proven track record on advising across a range of development sectors and business development.
• Strong and trusted developed relationships within your network of clients and contacts.

Essential Criteria:

• RTPI accredited Degree.
• MRTPI - Will consider candidates currently working towards chartership.
• Experience within the private sector.
