Graduate Building Surveyor

Our client, a leading property development and management company, is seeking a Graduate Building Surveyor to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to take their career to the next level.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting building surveys and preparing reports
• Providing technical advice on building design, construction and maintenance
• Working with project managers to develop cost estimates and project schedules
• Undertaking measured surveys and producing accurate drawings
• Liaising with clients, contractors and other professionals involved in a project
• Attending site meetings and assisting with project management

Requirements:

• A degree in Building Surveying or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software
