Senior Estates Surveyor – Lancashire - £40/hour – 6 Months (+extension)

Another lovely Estates role with my favourite client (yes, I'm biased!):

6 month contract
£40 per hour (inside IR35 via umbrella)
3 days per week in the office, 2 working from home

I currently have four people on site within this Property department, who couldn't be happier on the team.

The role has arisen simply due to the retirement of a much beloved member of staff.

Responsibilities:
- Landlord and Tenant
- Estates Management

Being MRICS is NOT essential, and the manager needs someone qualified by extensive experience, either Public or Private sector.

Speaking of the manager, I personally find them a joy to deal with and know that this is a universal experience of everyone who works below them.
