A UK Top 150 consultants is looking to grow their building consultancy team with the addition an APC Building Surveyor. The award-winning multi-discipline practice in London proudly delivers exclusive schemes across a prestigious client portfolio. The organisation prides itself in providing accurate construction advice across the built environment.

An opportunity has arisen in the London office supporting a Senior Building Surveyor on several multimillion pound schemes across the Capital. You will be offered a healthy diet of work including refurbishments, office fit outs and planned maintenance programmes. Other responsibilities include contract administration, survey schemes and design specification.

The friendly close-knit team is currently delivering prestigious programmes in the commercial, residential, education and industrial sectors. Project values range up to £30 million.
