UPP, nestled in a vibrant Camden office in Camden Market, somehow offering both serenity and a buzz in energy with panoramic views of North London, are searching for a Principal Town Planner in need of something more. Something more than a corporate job in a firm that doesn’t see value in you, beyond your billable time and targets.

From design through to inception, clients love the top tier service provided by this consultancy’s continued collaboration achieved through the one-stop-shop approach of a consultancy of both Architects and Planners.

Growing from a one man show in Hendon to a 20+ strong Camden-based company in less than a decade is testament to not only Director’s, Motti and Enrique’s, tireless work ethic, but also their fun nature and ability to inspire confidence and energy in people. This growth has not only been centralised in London, with the doors of their Spain office opening last year, they are truly on to something mega.

UPP are targeting bigger projects than ever before, and require a sturdy set of hands to guide this new path. Their Planning team, currently sitting at 5 from Graduate through to Associate, is made up of likeminded, sociable individuals keen to make a difference in London’s built environment.

If you’ve got experience in major residential-led developments in London, and can show a little zest for life, Motti and Enrique will want to hear what you’re all about. With no expectation to get stuck into business development, this role is technical. So you’ll be back to what you love doing best, within a team that is excited to progress and grow with you.

Previous mentoring or managing experience is ideal, but with the right attitude, this can of course be taught too. So if you can hold your own, dive straight into a fab opportunity head first and enjoy a more social side to work, then they will be keen to hear what you have to say.
