Valuation Surveyor (Remote Working)

After experiencing sustained business wins, an enterprising employee-owned national consultancy are growing their valuation team across all of their regional hubs including Leeds, Sheffield, Manchester, and Birmingham.

The team undertakes secured lending, and fund valuations on a refreshing variety of instructions. Primarily, the team undertake residential and commercial development valuations, on projects valued circa £10million. There will also be instructions across core commercial properties, as well as high-value residential sites and portfolios. Should you wish, there will be further opportunities to assist the various alternative teams including: Healthcare, Leisure, and Education.

You will play a key role in the consultancy’s growth, representing the consultancy’s expanding presence across your region, and winning new business.
