Commercial Valuer - Home Based - North West or Yorkshire/Leeds also a role in Birmingham

Our client is a National firm with 150+ employees. A Multidisciplinary Property Consultancy that covers Valuation, L&T, Agency, Property Management, Healthcare, Building Surveying, Planning & Development and Rating.

Due to ambitious growth plans they are seeking a valuer to cover the North West or Yorkshire Region (plus another role in Birmingham)

They have a workload of commercial and residential development led secured lending work that you will be expected to turn your hand to. Part of the role will be helping the firm win non-bank lending work also. 

If you are a General Practice Surveyor wishing for a more varied role there will be the opportunity to get involve with other professional and agency work also. 

We need to speak to ambitious surveyors who want to build a team help grow a business.
