Senior Building Surveyor

A modern and forward thinking Chartered Building Surveying practice are now seeking an entrepreneurial Senior Building Surveyor, to join their rapidly growing team of 7 Building Surveyors, in the London office.

The Senior Building Surveyor

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be working on a project bias, carrying out contract administration and project management on redevelopment and Cat A refurbishment schemes, ranging up to £140m, across the commercial sector.

As the successful Senior Building Surveyor, you will be joining as a crucial pillar for this growing business, taking an active role in business development, new recruitment and training/mentoring APC Building Surveyors.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor

• MRICS preferably, or AssocRICS with RICS accredited degree
• Project bias interest/experience
• 3+ years private practice/ consultancy background
• Commercially minded, proficient communicator and ambitious attitude
• Previous management experience would be beneficial but not essential
