Job Details
An inclusive and collaborative worldwide firm of property specialists are seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their Newcastle office.
The Senior Building Surveyors role
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be working within the commercial sector and performing professional services for clients including technical due diligence, defect diagnosis, schedule of condition, contract administration and project management from inception to completion.
The Senior Building Surveyor will play an instrumental part of the team by leading by example as a fee earner but to also support the Junior members of the team to achieve targets. Business generation will be a large part of the role and maintaining current relationships.
The Senior Building Surveyor will ideally hold
- MRICS qualification
- Building Surveying degree
- Experience in the commercial sector
- Team leadership experience
