Rural Property Manager

A privately owned property development, investment and management group have recently instructed Beach Baker to recruit a Rural Property Manager within their head office in Nottinghamshire.

The Company:

They have operated throughout the UK for over 40 years, specialising in the investment, management, promotion and development of property.

Their experienced team of commercial and technical specialists work closely with communities, public bodies and businesses to deliver regeneration schemes which meet local needs and aspirations across commercial, residential and retail sectors.

They own and directly manage a broad portfolio of properties, providing quality environments in which hundreds of businesses from small start-ups to multi-national organisations thrive

Key Responsibilities

  • Taking responsibility for property management for existing clients, including performing annual inspections & arranging maintenance and repairs
  • Conducting check-outs and other routine end of tenancy matters
  • Handling the re-letting process from start to finish including advertising properties online, conducting viewings, producing tenancy agreements and other agreements as required and arranging the check-in
  • Assisting with the landlord and tenant relationships for existing clients including general property administration
  • Providing concise, practical and reasoned advice to clients
  • Property Management system compliance
  • Creating portfolio and property details on the Property Management system

About you

  • Experienced with residential lettings and rural property management
  • Conscientious, positive and keen to be part of the team
  • Commercially astute and hands on
  • Excellent people skills
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
  • Full Driving Licence
