What you’ll be doing

You’ll be a key member of a commercially focussed valuation and estates team dealing personally with a range of residential based work involving valuations, acquisitions, disposals, and estates management.

You’ll dispose or acquire agreed properties or sites within timescales to minimise delay. Avoiding a ongoing cost burden and ensure the efficient financial management of revenue income and expenditure budgets. Whilst checking that land and buildings are inspected correctly, that information is recorded on IT systems and process are working effectively.

What you’ll need

As a motivated Surveyor, you’ll have experience of commercial property management in a multi-site environment, with good knowledge and understanding of Landlord and Tenant legislation and guidance. Being a good communicator who is comfortable working with property owners, tenants, and occupiers. Using your strong analytical and problem-solving skills to convey in a personable and professionally credible manner.
