We are looking for a Qualified Head of Plant and Machinery Valuations and Property Surveyor

Head of Plant and Machinery Valuations to lead a team of professionals who specialize in determining the value of equipment, machinery, and other assets for a variety of purposes. 
The job description may include the following duties and responsibilities:
1)    Manage a team of plant and machinery valuers, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure that high-quality valuations are delivered in a timely manner.
2)    Plan and execute valuation projects, working closely with clients to understand their needs and objectives, and ensuring that valuations are carried out in accordance with relevant standards and regulations.
3)    Conduct valuations of a wide range of equipment and machinery, including but not limited to, construction equipment, heavy machinery, industrial plant and machinery, and other assets.
4)    Perform research to understand market trends and to identify factors that may impact the value of assets being appraised.
5)    Prepare detailed valuation reports that clearly and accurately communicate the value of assets, including supporting analysis and methodology.
6)    Engage with clients to build relationships and to understand their business needs, in order to develop long-term partnerships.
7)    Stay up-to-date with changes in the industry best practices, and ensure that valuation services remain compliant with these changes.
8)    Manage budgets and resources, including hiring and training staff, as well as allocating funds and resources to support the delivery of valuation services.
9)    Promote the organization's valuation services, through marketing and business development activities, to drive revenue growth and to develop new business opportunities.
Requirements for this role may include:
1)    A degree in a related field, such as engineering, business, or finance.
2)    Professional qualifications such as membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or a similar organization.
3)    At least 5 years of experience in plant and machinery valuations, with a track record of leading and managing teams.
4)    Strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail.
5)    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
6)    Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
7)    Strong business acumen and a good understanding of financial and commercial issues.

Property Surveyor

We are  looking  for a Property Surveyor to join our Valuation  Team  in  UAE (United Arab Emirates).  

Responsible for:

• Inspection of properties.

• Preparation  of  detailed  reports.

Requirements:

• AssocRICS or MRICS qualified, with 3 to 5 years post qualification experience in commercial and residential properties.

Flexibility to travel in the region when required.
