Assistant Building Surveyor

A forward thinking and innovative property and building consultancy, are seeking an energetic Assistant Building Surveyor, to join their growing team of 11 other Building Surveyors, in the City of London.

The Assistant Building Surveyor's role

As the new Assistant Building Surveyor, in this team, you'll hit the ground running on some of their most exciting projects and schemes across London, a true mixture of commercial, retail, industrial, residential and healthcare properties. You'll be carrying out core Building Surveying services, both professional and project, to go towards your APC progression.

The successful Assistant Building Surveyor, will benefit from full, tailored APC support, with monthly check-ins and regular APC group meetings. There is uncapped career progression for the right Assistant Building Surveyor with clear routes to the top.

The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will have

• BSc/MSc in Building Surveying or a RICS accredited degree
• A keen attitude towards learning and eager to begin APC
• Good communication skills - Both written and verbal
• Base knowledge of core Building Surveying services
• Ability to work well within a team setting

In return?

• £30,000 - £36,000
