Senior Quantity Surveyor

One of the UK's Top Engineering & Construction Consultancies are looking to add an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to their brand new office in Birmingham City Centre.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

As a result of continued evolution and growth, their Cost Management team is seeking a professional Senior Quantity Surveyor from a building or infrastructure background.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work within the cost team, manage junior team members and have the opportunity to work collaboratively with the design specialists.

The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will have an interesting & varied workload across the transport, infrastructure, energy, and build sectors.

Working in a hybrid capacity 2x days per week from the office and the remainder either from site or home, at your preference.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Requirements:

• RICS Accredited degree qualification
• UK based QS/Cost Management experience in a PQS firm
• Flexible and adaptable
• Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
