Senior Building Surveyor

This is the perfect opportunity for a senior building surveyor, to be a part of a privately-owned business, led by an experienced team of partners, with great opportunity progress based on your abilities, opposed to time served.

The well-regarded consultancy was established over 100 years ago. They provide the full range of property consultancy services to an impressive portfolio of private clients in the commercial and residential space. Some of these services include building consultancy, planning & development, commercial agency and property management to name a few.

The opportunity has come about due to an increase in project work. The type of projects range from project monitoring CAT A & B Fitouts, through project managing repairs to historic properties, working on behalf of livery companies. There will be an element of professional services which will include dilapidations, pre-acquisition surveys, party wall to name a few.

The successful candidate will be MRICS, an influential communicator that can assist with the business generation as well as providing the above services. You will be somebody that pays great attention to detail and can build and maintain relationships and will have come from a commercial or high-end residential background.

In return, the business provides a solid basic salary up to £55,000 along with a lucrative bonus, pension, healthcare, discount offers and more.

·      Basic Salary up to £65,000
