Job Details

A young Quantity Surveying consultancy which continues to grow, are seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor for their client facing, London, Cost Management team.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will either be a Senior Quantity Surveyor seeking a step up, or an Associate in their early stages to come in and run projects, pre and post contract without supervision.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor will predominantly work on commercial sector projects up to £45m. You will also work on mixed use, private residential, and science projects between £5m-£20m.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

  • Will suit a Senior QS or early Associate
  • Preferably MRICS
  • A successful track record of delivering projects independently
  • Strong pre and post contract experience
  • Comfortable working in a close knit environment
