Interim Assistant Director of Valuations and Strategic Asset Needed
Park Avenue are working on behalf of a London Borough who are looking for someone with previous experience in a Local Authority, and at a Senior management level within Property, Assets and Valuations.
The main focus of this role is on their team restructure, assisting with regeneration of the town centre and working with their voluntary organisations. The portfolio is made up of retail units, offices, medical centres, industrial estates, residential blocks.
It will be a 3-month contract initially, with potential for extension following on from this. They are looking to hire permanently, so if you really enjoy it, you could become a permanent member of the team! You'll be required in the office 2 days per week, for team meetings, the odd site inspection as well as meeting with Councillors and politicians.
You'll have 5 direct reports (2 of whom are currently working through Park Avenue in the Commercial team and enjoying their time so far!)
