An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Estates Surveyor to join a successful retailer based in the West Midlands.

Working within the in-house estates department, typical responsibilities of the role will include lease renewals, rent reviews, lease re-gears, , inspections, budgeting, managing external consultants on business rates and day to day estate management.

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, commercially aware surveyor who possesses excellent communication skills.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established in-house estates department in a progressive organisation based within the West Midlands.
