Stock Condition Surveyor/Building Surveyor

Your new company
A Building Surveying consultancy, based in Glasgow, require experienced Stock Condition Surveyors for residential survey projects based across Glasgow region. The contract is circa 8 weeks in length and there is a great opportunity to be secured onto future projects after this programme completes.

Your new role
You will be delivering stock condition surveys across residential properties, using a tablet to record your surveys. You will be given autonomy around how you manage your diary but this is a 5 day per week project so part time surveyors are not being looked at for this current programme of works - largely due to the timescales involved.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be from either a Building Surveying background or have substantial experience of delivering stock condition surveys for residential properties. Surveyors who also have EPC accreditation will be looked upon extremely favourably due to the requirement for some of the above surveys to also have EPC surveys conducted.
