Job Details

This multi-disciplinary construction consultancy that has been established in the market over the 35 years is looking for a number of Project Managers with Commercial Fit Out and Residential experience for their London Team

The Project Managers will be working on bespoke, schemes up to the value of £50m across the capital for a range of prestigious clients.

Project Manager Role

Working alongside the Senior Project Manager team, there is the capacity for extensive career progression and scope to learn new skill sets.

The Project Manager will be able to take advantage of their new flexible working scheme, offering the opportunity to work from home and the office with regular ease.

Project Manager Requirements

  • RICS accredited degree
  • Pre & Post Contract Residential or Commercial experience
  • Construction Project Manager background
  • Contract Administration/Employers Agent experience desirable
  • Quantity Surveyor/Building Surveyor experience desirable
  • Client facing, proactive attitude
  • Strong communication skills
