A Top 10 Quantity Surveying Consultancy, which is renowned for working on prestigious projects, is seeking a career focused Senior Quantity Surveyor for their Newcastle office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an award-winning, world class team working in a client facing role on a number of iconic projects across the region.

Working in a diverse & interesting role, workload includes Data Centres, Life Sciences, Pharma, R&D facilities, Industrial, Manufacturing, Distribution & Logistics sectors.

The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will assist on feasibility studies, estimating, cost planning, tendering, procurement, value engineering, and agreeing final accounts.

This could be the perfect opportunity for an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor eager for long term progression to Director as well as the opportunity to manage overseas teams.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • RICS accredited degree qualification
  • Ideally MRICS or working towards
  • A proven track record delivery quantity surveying services across the full project lifecycle
  • Experience working with a construction consultancy
