Interim Estates Surveyor

A local authority in Yorkshire is currently looking for an Interim Estates Surveyor, they are offering a 6-month contract to join their lovely property team, covering someone on maternity.

Starting rate of £45 an hour, on a 37.5 weekly basis.

This role has an amazing work-from-home arrangement, allowing you to work from home 4 days a week.

The good news is when you go on visits, it’s a very nice town, a lot to do on your lunch breaks and very accessible via train or car.

During your time at the council, your day-to-day will consist of Estates Management matters such as rent reviews/lease renewals, inspections, preparation of valuations, tenant liaison, asset management and negotiations with occupiers, purchasers and developers, managing complex properties leased properties such as town centre offices.

You will also provide support to the delivery of the annual asset valuation program.

If you have experience in valuations, even better, RICS not required.
