Are you an Estates Surveyor experienced with Asset Valuations?
If so, this 6-month rolling Local Authority Contact could give you just that.
 
Who will you be joining?  
Commercial Property Team looking for an Estates Surveyor to come in who has a strong asset valuation background and can deliver the project annually.
 
What will you do?
·This person must have a proven track record when it comes to delivering 'asset valuations' for financial reporting purposes in accordance with CIPFA code of practice and The RICS Red Book.
·As opposed to carrying out the actual valuations this person will be responsible for managing the Councils contract with their external valuers and will be required to act as the 'intelligent client' in the delivery of the valuations.
·Data collection & liaising with finance colleagues to resolve audit queries where internal input is required.
 
What do you need?  
To be successful in your application for this role you will need to demonstrate the following on application and through the interview process:  
·This person must be able to pick up commercial estate management work and be familiar with the L&T 54 Act PII, all aspects of lease advisory and general practice surveying requirements.
