My client, an innovative, independent construction and property consultancy, working across all sectors of the built environment, are currently looking to appoint an Associate level Quantity Surveyor in London.

They are looking for a talented, energetic and enthusiastic individual capable of delivering the full range of cost consultancy and contract administration services across a diverse portfolio of projects but with a key focus of client ownership and delivery within the commercial and residential sectors.

You will also be responsible for leading and managing other team members in service delivery, developing their skills and knowledge; acting as the point of contact for new appointments and supporting development of new business with their clients and developing their service offering and areas of innovation including the provision of value added advice, for example in the field of low and zero-carbon solutions.

Must be MRICS with strong client-facing skills and behaviours; articulate and personable in written and oral communication and exhibit leadership and positive role modelling behaviours.
