Job Details

I am working with a Local Authority in the Yorkshire who are looking for an Interim Estates Surveyor on a 6-month contract.

The main responsibilities would be rent reviews, lease renewals and acquisitions and disposals. The Council requires someone to look after the commercial property portfolio, providing reliable advice to senior members of the Estates team.

RATE: £40-£45

LOCATION: Yorkshire

CONTRACT: 6-months, full time

MRICS is essential

Local Authority experience is essential
