Looking for a new role to take you into the next financial year?
I am working with a Local Authority based in the West Midlands who require an Interim Estates and Asset Surveyor to join their team on an initial 6 month contract.
This role will be focused around managing the Councils contract with their external valuers and act as the 'intelligent client' in the delivery of the valuations. You will also pick up Commercial Estate Management work, so need experience with the L&T 54 Act PII and all aspects of Lease Advisory.
You must have a proven track record when it comes to producing and managing asset valuations for financial reporting purposes in accordance with RICS Red Book & CIPFA code of practice.
Having spoken with members of the team and previous colleagues, I can vouch for the fact you will be joining a relatively small but friendly team who all work collaboratively together!
The Council work on a hybrid basis, so you will only be needed in the office once per week.
