Excellent opportunity for a Building Surveyor to join a global private practice in Tunbridge Wells. My client is arguably one of the most dominant construction firms in the South East, they provide accurate advice in the commercial, industrial, residential and education sectors.

The Building Consultancy division is built up of sociable and friendly professionals who are passionate about their craft. The department is an integral part of the organisation's success, due to organic growth a position has arisen. We are ideally looking for a well-rounded Chartered Building Surveyor from a proven project background the successful individual will be driven, proactive and client facing. 

A generic building surveying role that encompasses both the professional and project disciplines. You will support and lead several multi-million pound schemes across the South East. Managing stakeholder relationships, delivering programmes on time and spotting new business opportunities are also responsibilities. Duties include contract administration, planned maintenance programmes, schedules of works, dilapidations and party wall matters.

Building Surveyor

• BSc in Building Surveying
• MRICS qualified
• Commercially aware
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Positive 'can do' mentality
• Full UK driver's licence
