Valuation (Commercial & Residential) - Associate or Director

Woodhouse Property Recruitment are currently assisting a multi-disciplinary national consultancy, who are looking to grow their market-leading valuation team in Yorkshire.

The position would be to head Sheffield’s valuation team, and provide advice to a range of banking institutions, lenders, and insurance companies on their core commercial and high-value residential assets across South Yorkshire. You would report directly to the head of your region, providing feedback and suggesting areas of potential growth.

Working as part of a leading team, you will receive advancement opportunities and a strong support network for the national valuation team. Additionally, should you wish to expand your knowledge, you can get involved with the numerous specialist valuation teams.

Key skills and experience

• MRICS qualified
• RICS Registered Valuer (Ideally Residential & Commercial)
• Good reporting writing skills and high level of attention to detail
