Relocation Manager for independent construction and property consultancy

An independent construction and property consultancy are looking for a Relocation Manager to assist with a leading residential developer client in the day to day logistics of a recladding programme.
As Relocation Manager you be first point of contact between the client and the residents to help them arrange removals and assist them in finding places to live while the works are being carried out.
This role would potentially suit an individual from a Property Management background. It is a Junior role but paying a generous salary of up to £35k depending on experience.
What skills and experience might a person need to undertake this this role?
- Fully proficient and confident using a wide range of Microsoft Office packages and confident with Excel.
- Highly organised and able to meet strict and multiple deadlines.
- Proactive, confident and can work on own initiative as well as part of a wider team
- Work collaboratively with senior members of the Client /Project Management team
- Time Management and management of expectations
- Self-motivated and able to build relationships quickly.
- Attention to detail and highly organised.
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
