Senior Quantity Surveyor

Opportunity for a confident Senior Quantity Surveyor to join one of the best construction consultancies in the UK working across various sectors.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you play a leading role in the Milton Keynes office, 1 of 6 in the UK a young and vibrant office with a proven ability to deliver forming a key part of the company. As an office their project portfolio is made up of both local and national clients. You will be expected to manage your own projects both pre and post contract across a variety of sectors including commercial offices, industrial, education, leisure. Most projects typically range from £250k to £30mill.

About You

You will have a RICS accredited construction degree as well as ideally be chartered with a minimum of 3 years experience within the built environment or if not be close to achieving MRICS status. You'll be a good communicator with client facing experience and keen to get involved in work winning.
