This is an exciting opportunity to work with a rapidly developing company named in the Building Magazine top 150 consultancy list for three years running. They are looking to expand their team and find a Project Manager to work on mixed use development schemes, including cladding / recladding and facades for major Developers.

This Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing a range of residential and commercial projects of a construction and refurbishment nature. Contract values will vary between £50,000,000 and £60,000,000.

Key components of this job role include:

• Taking ownership for successful delivery of projects
• Providing guidance and direction to the team
• Managing design teams
• Planning and progress monitoring
• Effectively communicating with all parties
• Identifying and managing risks

The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in a relevant discipline as well as an impeccable knowledge and understanding of services on building projects, involving new-build and refurbishment work, Cladding and facades experience is extremley beneficial. You should also have proven experience in project management and successful project completion.
