Job Details
A practice of specialist Property consultants, are now looking for an Associate level Rights of Light Building Surveyor, to join their London based team.
The Associate ROL Building Surveyors role
As the new Associate Building Surveyor, you will sit within the neighbourly matters team of 5, specialising in rights of light and neighbourly matters, such as party wall, daylight and sunlight. You'll be working on a variety of interesting developments of different values and sizes, located within the M25.
The new Associate Building Surveyor will benefit from joining a supportive and well-regarded practice, that promotes progression within. You'll actively help manage junior Building Surveyors and will help with their APC progression.
The Associate ROL Building Surveyor will have
- MRICS accredited
- A ROL, Sunlight, daylight, neighbourly matters specialist - 3+ years' experience
- A private practice/consultancy background ideally
- A clean UK driving license and access to a car
- Strong communication both written and verbal
- Ability to manage and support others
