Job Details

The Director of Building Surveying is seeking an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor to join an exceptional national consultancy in their Newcastle office.

The Building Surveyors role

The Building Surveyor will be working within public market sectors, including education, healthcare, retail and industrial. They will be required to carry out Building Surveying duties, such as, condition surveys, dilapidations, party wall, defect diagnosis, pre-acquisition surveys and many more.

This is an exciting opportunity for a client facing, experienced Building Surveyor who is looking to take the next step in the career, looking for future progression and recognition.
