£80,000 - £100,000 plus profit share

An Associate Director level Quantity Surveyor is required by a leading property & construction consultancy to be based in Watford & lead their expanding Cost Management team.

They provide professional construction services across commercial, retail and residential projects and have a trusted client base of end users, developers, architects, private individuals, contractors & sub-contractors.

This role is designed to suit a person who wishes to become an active part of the business and help it grow.  You will be required to lead the team and be responsible for managing the delivery of surveying output to clients.  The ideal candidate will become the right-hand man/woman to the Managing Director of the practice enabling the MD to focus on business growth and running the business at a strategic level. 

You will likely come from a senior position or be ready to take the step into a senior position having worked previously at a PQS practice or developer with experience of residential and commercial builds and an excellent knowledge of JCT contracts, Contract Administration and be able to prepare loss and expense claims.
