Interim Property and Assets Manager
Oxfordshire
Park Avenue are working on behalf of a Local Authority in Oxfordshire who require an Interim Property and Assets Manager.
You will be focused on:
- Managing the operational delivery of the service, whilst contributing to creating the new Asset Management Plan for the district.
- Work with the other teams in the council to deliver the Capital Works Programme to ensure compliance with the 2030 Carbon Zero agenda#
- Line managing a small team of Property professionals, and reporting to the AD of Property Services.
Previous Local Authority is essential for this position, as is being MRICS/FRICS.
The council currently work on a hybrid working arrangement, with site inspections being required and office attendance being infrequent - you'll be expected in the office once a fortnight as a minimum requirement.
