Time to stop temping, and bag that council pension.

A council in London is looking for a Senior Surveyor to deal with the day-to-day estate management, working with a portfolio consisting of retail, community halls, leisure, and sports facilities, parks, operational properties, and more.

Rent reviews, leases, license applications, marketing and letting of vacant property, dilapidations, debt management, and more will be a part of your day.

Working from home is popular at this council, most of the role is home-based, but you will need to undertake inspections, and will need the use of a car to do this.

The salary on offer is £52,929, plus holidays (26 days) and pension.
