Senior/Associate Quantity Surveyor - Commercial / Resi Development

An innovative, client focused, Cost & Project Management consultancy requires experienced Cost Consultants to join their team. You will be working as part of project teams on the delivery of work ranging up to £500 million in value, and you will be working on some of the best-known developments in London.

Example projects could be residential towers, major hotel and office refurbishment and extension projects, student accommodation buildings and major mixed-use development projects, including a £450 million scheme in central London, and a £1 billion multiple-use scheme, also in London.

Clients include major property companies, pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, corporate clients and developers.

They firmly believe in empowering and trusting their Quantity Surveyors and at every level you would be expected to be able to report to the client including knowing the numbers and costs of a project at any given moment.

In return you will receive an above market salary + a generous bonus, a great working environment and an opportunity to progress (if you want it) into a team leadership role where you could realistically earn a salary of £80-£100k + bonuses of £50-£100k

Experienced Required.

They need experienced Quantity Surveyors that are intelligent, good communicators and convey confidence.

You must have a good level of experience in pre-contract work, and you will be MRICS chartered, the ideal candidate will have between a minimum 3 years PQE
