Building Surveyor - Senior/Associate

Job description

An Independent Property Consultancy with offices throughout the UK is looking for a Senior or Associate level Building Surveyor to join their London office. With 40 years in the industry, this firm has led the way as one of the largest independent practices. This is a great opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor to take the next step in their career with very clear pathways to progression. The right candidate is preferably from a commercial background and driven to progress their career in a client facing role.

The successful candidate would be working with investor and fund led projects within retail, industrial and office portfolios and clients would include some of the largest London Private Estates.

Requirements:

• MRICS
• Commercial background, preferably including Technical Due Diligence and PPM

Salary:

• £50,000 - £75,000 DOE
• Car Allowance
• Pension
• Bonus Scheme
• Healthcare
