Fund/Bank Monitoring Surveyor

This is a great opportunity for a chartered surveyor to move their career in a new direction, and gain the opportunity to become a Monitoring Surveyor.

This company is a leader in what they do, and has over 100 Surveyors delivering a range of services to their clients, the work is always exciting and the company has a solid portfolio of prestigious projects they work on with a value up to £800million.

The monitoring team work on behalf of banks, funds and other development funders on projects ranging from the relatively modest through to nationally important landmark schemes.

To be eligible for this role you will be MRICS in either Quantity or Building Surveying (ideally with 3 years PQE) and have a desire to forge your career into the Project Monitoring area.
