Quantity Surveyor - MRICS - Senior Level

A multi disciplinary construction consultancy require a Senior/Associate Quantity Surveyor to join them to work with some of the UK’s largest and best-known companies. The projects will work on a variety of project values on both New Build and refurbishment. This will offer the right candidate an opportunity to join a stable company that is continually growing. 

Example recent projects include a refurbishment of a multi-storey leisure centre, construction of 118 new build homes, construction of 7 new secondaries as part of the local authority academies programme, mixed use development including a retail park, cinema and almost 600 residential units. The projects value varies significantly with a value of up to £125m.

Experience wise, ideally you will be already working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or be recently chartered looking to progress your career. Part of the role will be on delivery however there will also be a part in time when you will support more junior members of the team develop thier career.
