Project Manager - Senior/Associate - Commercial Fit-Out + Development

A specialist property consultancy is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their team in London (Southbank). The consultancy formed 10 years ago, and has significantly grown through this time, they are now looking to add the right candidate to the team to continue this trend.

This Consultancy has worked on some of the most recognisable buildings in London, clients include major property companies, pension funds, corporate clients and developers. Because of the seniority of this role you will also be expected to assist in the development of other staff members and this would be in the form of ‘on the job’ coaching and development.

They firmly believe in empowering and trusting their Project Managers, and every PM at every level would be expected to be able to report to the client, including knowing the numbers and costs of a project at any given moment.

You must be expereinced in commercial fit out/refurb within a consultancy environment. Ideally from an MRICS Building Surveying background.
