Senior Employers Agent – Bromley.

Salary up to £65,000 DOE.

A specialist multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is looking to add a Senior Employers Agent to its team. Focused on the residential sector you will work on large new build projects, other projects will include Education, Civic and Industrial.

As a company they are focused on the London and South East market meaning you will avoid lengthy commutes to project sites, which will help you get a better work-life balance. Another aspect of the work-life balance they operate is that all staff in this firm work a 37.5 hour week, and they almost always stick to those hours.

In the role you will work with local authority, housing association and private sector clients with a view to tackling London’s continued pressure to develop new housing, particularly in the rented sector. With the “housing crisis” in London reaching its peak in 2016 this firm has continued to win new business so you will have a steady stream of work to get involved with from the outset. The company is going through a continued period of growth.

Recent regeneration projects undertaken have included £25m scheme in Kent which provided 250 new, mixed tenure dwellings and a £100m housing scheme in a London Borough.

Responsibilities:

Employers Agent / Project Management / Client Representative.

Required:

MRICS / MCIOB / APM

Employers Agent / Project Management experience – Consultancy based.

Residential experience on behalf of public sector bodies – ideally new build housing and education.
