Chartered Building Surveyor - Greater London

A multi-disciplinary construction consultancy requires a Chartered Building Surveyor to join them, where the projects on offer will be in both New Build and refurbishment, primarily in Housing however Leisure, Education and Commercial projects will also be in your remit. 

Experience wise, ideally you will be already working within a Consultancy as a Building Surveyor or have Consultancy experience. That said the Client will also consider applications from those who can demonstrate a strong willingness to make the move to a Consultancy side role. Sector experience in Housing is required but additional experience in Education, Commercial and Leisure would also be advantageous. Employers Agent or Project Management experience would also be advantageous. 

In return for this you will receive a salary of up to £70k (DOE) with benefits package.
