Assistant Building Surveyor - City

A niche Building Consultancy are looking for an Assistant Building Surveyor to join their team in the City. The company have a fresh outlook on things and are very future thinking, as well as ambitious.

The company looking for an Assistant Building Surveyor that has already commenced their Building Surveying journey to complement their already experienced team. The successful candidate has the opportunity to stay with the company long term and work their way through the ranks to Director level – should that be attractive for you.

To be eligible for this role you must have an RICS accredited degree and already have some experience working as an Assistant Building Surveyor (as a paid employee). You must be self-motivated with a strong knowledge of Building Surveying activities. In addition to this you will need excellent attention to detail, excellent communication skills as well as the ability to work independently and within a team. This role would suit a person that may not be currently getting the support in their APC, and are looking for a more stable and supporting company with the expertise to develop you, and qualify as a chartered surveyor. They may consider an exceptional fresh graduate with some previous experience gained in a sandwich year or similar.
