We are looking for someone to join a growing team in the Oxford area, with a range of clients and a growing base there is a need for a rural surveyors with an interest in professional services.

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a successful firm of chartered surveyors who are seeking a rural surveyor to join their growing team based in the Oxford area. You will be joining a friendly, entrepreneurial, and inclusive culture with the ability to progress within the company.

The Role

There is a mix of work available which can be tailored around the candidate but will be focused more on professional services. The office has an excellent mix of personalities and experience. With support from the director, you will be able to grow your skillset and career.

Working with longstanding clients there is an immediate body of work for you to pick up with a fully supported handover to ensure your long-term success.

With a structured career plan, there is a real opportunity to progress within the company with wider specialisation available if interested.

The Ideal Candidate

Coming from a broad foundation of work, this role would suit a candidate who knows which area they would like to now focus on without necessarily turning their back on all other functions.

You will have the confidence to gain trust with, and inspire clients, maintain good relationships, be self-motivated and resourceful with the ability to communicate clearly and to work within a team as well as independently.
