Valuation - Senior Surveyor / Associate

Woodhouse Property Recruitment is proud to be assisting a well-established national consultancy with a modern approach to working culture. Following sustained success, and continuing national growth plans, my client is now looking to expand its valuation team in Birmingham.

The team has a secure pipeline of instructions and operates with a high degree of autonomy from the larger national valuation team. Reflecting this autonomy, the team can independently adjust fees to reflect demand in the market. Furthermore, my client ensures that each role is tailored to the individual with flexible hours around core times and flexible working locations between home and their central Birmingham office.

Most of the team's work is for secured lending purposes, advising a variety of clients, including high-street banks, challenger banks, and lenders. However, there will be some fund instructions on behalf of investment companies and other financial institutions. Should you wish, there will be further opportunities to assist the various alternative teams, including Healthcare, Leisure, and Education.
