An independent building consultancy in Nottingham are looking for a building surveyor to join their team. This would be an exciting opportunity for someone who is close to sitting their APC but is struggling to get the experience required to gain their qualification, or for someone recently chartered who is looking for a company with exceptional progression opportunities.

About the company/role:

  • Working primarily within the commercial sector on a mix of professional and project work
  • The team is set up to ensure no one is pigeonholed within their work and ensure you will get the exposure and experience required across a broad range of building surveying duties
  • A personal progression plan will be put in place once you have started the role with uncapped progression opportunities within the company with the directors believing in promotion from within and investing in their employees

Ideal candidate:

  • Ambitious and motivated to assist in expanding the company whilst meeting your own career goals
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Well presented

Salary of up to £40k with benefits.
