A leading Property Consultancy are currently looking for a Surveyor to join their highly regarded National Capital Markets team. The role will be based in their Manchester office. The team provide investment consultancy to clients across Industrial, Office, Retail and Alternative markets. The team have advised on some of the largest and most high-profile transactions in the market. Providing detailed financial analysis Undertaking property due diligence to support investment acquisitions and disposable Market research Support Partners on transactions Maintaining and building relationships with clients

Person Specification

MRICS qualified
Proficient in Microsoft excel including a high level of competence in Excel
RICS Registered Valuer status preferable
