I am currently working with a well-established and highly recognised property consultancy based in the Midlands who are seeking an ambitious and experienced commercial property manager to their Birmingham team. We are looking for people who aspire to advance their career in property management to the highest level.
The role entails a variety of responsibilities, including traditional property management of commercial properties across the West Midlands, as well as providing strategic asset management and transactional services to HNWI’s and national companies.
In return you would receive a highly competitive salary package and bonus, along with one-to-one mentorship, developing your knowledge with the short-term goal of becoming commercial director.
