Associate Director - Property & Asset Management

Up to £65,000 plus package & benefits

Join an internationally renowned consultancy in the heart of Birmingham and take responsibility for the overall management of a high-profile investor account. The focus of this position is leadership and client service delivery – advise on opportunities to enhance and maintain the performance of your clients assets, while managing a team.

You will deliver market leading ESG performance and must have experience dealing with complex, multi-use properties. An appetite for business development & cross selling is also pivotal – while a hands on approach is important, a strategic, confident mind is key.

This is a key account for our client and requires someone who has successful track record of working closely with senior stakeholders, with exceptional communication and a proactive approach in identifying asset management opportunities, alongside day to day property management.

You will act as a point of contact for integrating service platform for the client, as well as ensuring that accounting practices are sound and consistently applied. 

Key knowledge and qualifications:
•    Membership of RICS or equivalent level qualification desirable
•    Commercial property management and property management systems experience
•    Knowledge of H&S regulations in relation to commercial property management
